Never ending process of repeatedly questioning & re-questioning
the detailed working of a process or activity

Plan: Investigate the current situation & understand fully
the nature of the problem being solved.
Do: Enlighten the Team as to the Real Problem by analyzing
the Data, & defining & implementing a solution plan.
Check: Monitor effect of implementation of project plan
& find Countermeasures to further improve the solution.
Act: Review Continuously the Performance Measure & make
adjustments as required. Integrate new situation into Normal Working Practice.
